Return Policy

At GoldNest, we stand behind the quality of our premium bird’s nest products. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Unopened products in original packaging

  • Damaged or defective items (must provide photos within 48 hours of delivery)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened/used bird’s nest products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

2. Return Process

  1. Email thegoldnestmsia@gmail.com​ with:

    • Order number

    • Product name & reason for return

    • Photos (if claiming damage)

  2. We’ll email a prepaid return label (US customers) or instructions (international).

  3. Ship items back within 7 days of approval.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds go to the original payment method (3-10 business days to appear).

4. Exchanges

We currently only accept returns for refunds. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.

5. Wrong/Missing Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ship replacements immediately (no return required).

6. International Returns

Customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs

  • Include all original documentation to avoid customs delays
